I strongly believe that antitrust law should not have, as its sole check, economics. There are intangibles such as creating opportunities for small businesses, encouraging innovation, providing for environmental consciousness and considering the ethical implications of global market dominance/imperialism that must also be considered by courts when making decisions as to monopolies. In addition, these other considerations make antitrust law more accessible to the public than only considering market share and market dominance. Perhaps economics allows greater empirical proof of monopoly, but that should never be the only measure.

I am an ever-fan of MT !

In the week they split up the secund time I held a small ceremony at our local park. We, some friends and I, sang a few MT songs and had Matini's of different flavours. It was like a piece of me - inside - died, and I had to finish it correctly.

Now, I have come to terms with their brake-up. Have there tunes MP3'ed on my phone, so when my love calles, its 'Your my heart', and my brother, its 'Brother Louis', my sister, it's 'Cheri Lady' ect..

Diether and Thomas and Diether and CCCatch really made art. Not just in music, composition but,,, seriusly. What other group have made such bad lyrics into an artform... Modern Talking.

As Diethers has stated: Music is a feeling.

So is MT.
