[1] For those songs, which has been totally
composed, arranged and written by Andy Matthew, all the rights that are related
to the composition, arrangement and lyrics of musical artworks, are preserved for
the composer, arranger and the writer of the songs, Andy Matthew.
For the songs which are being produced by others' contributions (whether in lyrics
and/or arrangements presented as remixes and/or vocals), the contribution is officially
announced and all the rights of the contributors are preserved for themselves
(read the items [2],[3], and [4]).
[2] For those songs whose lyrics have been written
by other lyric-writers, the whole rights of the lyrics are reserved for "the
writer of the lyrics" (i.e. the writer of the lyrics is totally free
to reuse his/her own lyrics in any other ways he/she desires).
[3] All the rights that are related to the
arrangement of musical artworks for the songs, which have been re-arranged/remixed
by other individuals, are preserved for the one who has re-arranged/remixed
the song.
[4] All the rights related to the vocals
of the songs that are being presented here by vocals, are preserved for the one
who has sung the songs.
[5] Any usage out of the musical stuff
that are presented here, whether for making remixes, singing and mixing the songs
and/or publishing them in any other ways, including publishing as CDs or albums
or online, requires Andy Matthew's permission.

[7] You are free to provide the download links
for others and/or provide the songs themselves for download for others, but you
MUST NOT make any changes in the ID3 Tags of the MP3 files.
No need to mention that if you want to change the formats from MP3 to any other
TAG-SUPPORTING audio formats, you MUST keep the contents of the tags UNTOUCHED
(i.e. Song title, year of publication, the name of the composer and the hyper link
to www.live-mt.com MUST BE MENTIONED).
[8] You are free to download the songs in MP3
format (at the bitrates of 16, 64, 128 and 192kbps) or listen to them online without
downloading them using the tools that support MP3 Streaming technology (e.g. WinAmp,
Windows Media Player, JetAudio, Real One Player etc...).
