By the by, Im from Tashkent, and not more than 5 days ago that splendid woman visited us, and gave a concert. As always, she brougt OMEGA and CRAYZEE with her (it was very amazing listening to them speakin Russian).

I have no doubt that Russian band PLAZMA or maybe a person who made that CD has stoled your song. Because Marty’s voice and peforming is very close to PLAZMA’s voices. Some years ago when they appeared everybody mantioned that this music band imitates MODERN TALKING. It’s a pity but It’s true. No creation just many!

i should have emailed you andy,but i decided to drop by and inform you this :
i contacted some russian hackers regarding your stolen song
and here some info i got from them :
* PLAZMA is russian group (2 guys) and released a single called
"jump in my car "(not CCC's version ) but totally a new song,
and i heard it couple years ago,its not bad
but the music was very pro.the vocals is really similar to marty vocals,

*this guy attached PLAZMA name under your song for unknown reason
but i think its due to sound similarities between plazma lead singer and marty's !!!! )
of course i know in some parts marty vocals is so TA
but in other parts its so plazma too so
this is a common problem specially when searching through kazaa or imesh
(i mean getting unknown titles for MT or BBB.. etc )
i asked them to send me "jump in my car" mp3 or sample
if i got the mp3 ,i ll send it to you a.s.a.p

* as you said andy its so funny that
the song itself wasnt covered or remixed
i noticed that a simple reverb effect
was added to the song" by that dumbass,in the same time the song sounded like it was
recorded in a bathroom ,indeed hat dumbass is not not proffesional at all :-)
in conclusion ,if i were in plazma's shoes i ll get your premission first,
and and in that case, the real people behind PLAZMA
will contact you as soon as possible,because they are professionals.
